Intuitively, we know that our breathing pattern impacts how we feel. Think of all the times you’ve been told (or have told someone else!) to take a deep breath if feeling stressed or scared.

Breathwork helps kids to realise that they can change how they feel by changing how they breathe. Imagine how unstoppable this makes a person!

Every breath we take sends a message to our brain, using our lung-mind connection to help us feel calmer and more in tune with our bodies.
