Episode 16: Carlos Saba

Rebekah Clark | June 20th, 2022

Dr. Carlos Saba helps people build businesses that make them happy. For him, work can’t just be about making money. It also needs to be about applying what he loves doing in the service of others. The questions he likes to answer are “who am I really?” and “how do I make things that people will pay for?”.

As the co-founder of the Happy Startup School, Carlos is passionate about startups and spirituality, and he thinks of business building as a voyage of self-discovery. So if this is part of Carlos the man, who was Carlos the boy?

In this first episode of the new series we talk about Carlos’ early years in the Philippines and the UK; the mixed-race experience; fitting in or not; and how the ways we were parented impact the way we try to parent our own children.
